1. Shipping Regions

We ship exclusively with Swiss Post:

  • Switzerland & Liechtenstein: Delivery via A-Post or B-Post
  • International deliveries: Delivery via Swiss Post, with additional charges for customs, VAT, and handling. These extra costs must be paid by the recipient directly to the shipping provider.

2. Currency

All prices in our webshop are displayed and processed in Swiss Francs (CHF) or EURO (EUR). Payments in other currencies are not supported.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the webshop and include postage, packaging, and handling fees.

  • Order value under CHF 50: shipping costs B-Post: CHF 5.00 incl. VAT (Economy)
  • Order value under CHF 50: shipping costs A-Post: CHF 9.00 incl. VAT (Premium)
  • Order value from CHF 50: free shipping (Switzerland & Liechtenstein only)

4. Delivery Times

Order cut-off time: Orders received and paid before 12:00 noon (CET/Zurich) are usually processed the same day (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

5. Delivery Terms & Carriers

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post. Delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of Swiss Post. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Tracking

For A-Post+ shipments, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. This can be used on the Swiss Post tracking portal.

7. Change of Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@dynatag.com. Changes are only possible until the order has been processed and handed over to Swiss Post.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, our Return Policy applies.

9. Parcel Damage

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report the damage immediately to Swiss Post upon delivery. Additionally, contact us within 48 hours at support@dynatag.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

10. Returns

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the sender, unless the goods were faulty or damaged.
  • Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the return, in accordance with our Return Policy.

11. International Deliveries

For deliveries outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we ship with Swiss Post. Additional costs (customs, VAT, handling fees) are borne by the recipient and must be paid directly to the shipping provider.
