1. Right of Return and Cancellation

Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland, we voluntarily grant you the option to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason.

• Products explicitly marked as “non-returnable”

• Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging
• No damage or missing parts
• Proof of purchase included
• Recommended: RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization)

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

8. Exchanges

An exchange is possible if you request it within the return period. If you would like a different product or variation (e.g. color, size), please return the original item and place a new order.

9. Business Customers (B2B)

Orders placed under a business account or for resale are excluded from the right of return, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
