DynaTag AG

Our products are durable and designed for daily use. However, should a defect or problem occur, we offer a reliable repair and spare parts service.

How does the repair service work?

  1. Contact: Send us an email at support@dynatag.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the defect.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request and inform you whether a repair is possible or if a replacement is required.
  3. Return shipment: Send the affected product back to our service address. Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it is a warranty or production defect.
  4. Processing time: Usually 5–10 business days after receipt of the product.

Whether lost, damaged, or extended – we ensure that your DynaTag product always works reliably. We can also transfer the data from lost or damaged products to your new product. When ordering a replacement product, please make sure to provide the registration email address or the URL link of your defective product.

  • Replacement straps for luggage tags

Your data is securely stored in the DynaTag Data Center and will not be lost during replacement.
