This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, security standards, invoicing processes, and important conditions for purchases in our online shop. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • TWINT
  • PayPal
  • Stripe (credit card payments)
  • Bank Transfer / Prepayment
  • Invoice payment (only for verified business customers)

Note: Not all payment methods are available in every country.

2. Currency

  • All prices are displayed and charged in Swiss Francs (CHF).
  • Additionally, prices may be displayed in Euro (€) in the webshop.
  • Currency conversions (if applicable) are carried out by your bank or payment provider.

3. Payment Security

  • All transactions are SSL encrypted.
  • We do not store any credit card or PayPal data.
  • Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

4. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 12:00 (GMT+01:00, Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Billing & Invoices

  • Once payment is received, you will receive a digital invoice by e-mail.
  • The invoice can also be downloaded in your customer account under “Orders”.
  • All invoices include Swiss VAT (VAT No. CHE-454.072.787).

6. Bank Transfer Instructions

  • Our bank details and your order number will be sent to you by e-mail after purchase.
  • Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
  • Please always include your order number as the payment reference.

7. Fraud Prevention

  • Unusual or high-value orders may be subject to additional checks.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel suspicious orders.
  • Multiple failed payment attempts may result in your account being blocked.

8. Payment Errors & Declines

  • Please check your card or bank details, or use an alternative payment method.
  • Contact your bank if online payments need to be enabled.
  • If problems persist, please contact us at support@dynatag.com

9. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for the amount to appear in your account.
  • Please contact us in case of discrepancies before initiating a chargeback.

10. Business Customers (B2B)

  • Invoice payment is available for verified business customers.
  • Please send inquiries to support@dynatag.com

11. Important Notes

We do not accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Cryptocurrencies
  • Money orders or personal checks

If your preferred payment method is not available, please select an alternative during checkout.
