9. Retention Period

10. Data Protection for Children
Our products such as SOS bracelets can also be expressly used for children and infants, e.g. at large events or when travelling. Parents or legal guardians may enter personal data of the child on the SOS bracelet.
DynaTag does not collect or process children’s data without the consent of parents or legal guardians. Responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and disclosure of such data lies solely with the parents or legal guardians.
If we become aware that children’s data has been transmitted to us directly without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
