Helpful Tip

Save your personal DynaTag WebApp directly to your smartphone's home screen. This allows you to access your pet's information instantly without scanning the QR code every time.

Cleaning & Care

Protect the laser-engraved QR code from heavy mechanical impacts, deep scratches or other damage. Avoid aggressive chemicals and unnecessary wear of the surface.

If necessary, clean the pet tag using lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush with gentle pressure.

Not suitable for washing machines.

If the QR code should ever become damaged or unreadable, your data will never be lost. All information is securely stored in a Swiss data centre and can be linked to a new DynaTag Pet Tag at any time.

Your information can always be viewed and updated through your personal DynaTag account.

What is the SOS Pet Tag with QR Code?

The DynaTag SOS Aluminium Pet Tag combines a traditional pet ID tag with a modern digital emergency solution. The laser-engraved QR code provides instant access to your pet's personal DynaTag WebApp.

Important information such as emergency contacts, medical details and care instructions can be securely stored and shared whenever needed.

What information can be accessed through the QR Code?

Depending on the information you choose to share, the following can be displayed:

How secure is my data?

All information is stored exclusively in secure data centres located in Switzerland.

You decide which information is visible when someone scans your QR code. All details can be updated at any time through your personal DynaTag account.

What happens when someone scans the QR Code?

Scanning the QR code automatically opens your pet's personal DynaTag WebApp in the smartphone's browser. No app installation or account is required for the person who finds your pet.

They can view the information you have shared and contact you directly. If they agree, they can also share their current location.

Can I update my information myself?

Yes. Once your pet tag has been activated, you receive access to your personal DynaTag account.

You can update your pet's information online anytime using your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?

No. Your purchase already includes 5 years of access to the DynaTag WebApp.

After this period, access can be extended with a one-time renewal fee if desired.

Can I track my pet using GPS?

No. The DynaTag SOS Pet Tag is not a GPS tracker and does not continuously track your pet's location.

If someone scans the QR code, they can voluntarily share their current location with you, allowing you to see where your pet has been found without continuous tracking.
