The red SOS emergency card with QR code and built-in bank and credit card protection fits into any wallet and is always clearly visible. The most important information can be written directly on the card. Additional health information, as well as further contacts or institutions, can be accessed at any time via the individual QR code.
The card supports rapid identification of the holder by first responders or doctors during a medical emergency or accident.
Important contacts such as family members, friends, doctors, or caregivers can be alerted after scanning the QR code via the web app (no app download required). The cardholder decides during setup which information and data are important and should be displayed.
All data and information can be updated at any time directly in the web app.
At the same time, the card also functions as a Skimguard card. It prevents unauthorized charges to your bank or credit cards. For optimal protection, the SOS card should be placed directly next to your credit cards in your wallet (as close contact as possible).
The SOS emergency card can be configured within moments using a smartphone and is ready for immediate use.
Thanks to secure cloud-based data storage in Switzerland, all information is safely and reliably stored and protected against unauthorized access. All data can be updated at any time using a smartphone, tablet, or PC via your individual user account (login).
The unique pinboard feature enables real-time exchange of photos and text messages between all involved parties, without the need to exchange contact details in advance.
Anyone who has scanned the QR code or has been alerted via the URL link by email can access the pinboard and emergency information. No registration is required to use the pinboard.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Recommentation: Installation on Smartphones
Make it easier to access your data without having to scan the QR code every time and save your QR code directly on your smartphone.
Android: smartphone & tablet (Chrome browser)
Select 
‘Add to Home screen’ from the browser menu. Enter a custom name and complete the process by tapping ‘Add’. An icon will be created on your home screen. Similar to a native app, you can now access your QR code online at any time with a single tap.
Apple: iPhone & iPad (Safari browser)
In the browser menu 
next to the address bar, tap the icon with the upward arrow and select ‘Add to Home Screen’. You can then choose a suitable name and finish the process by tapping ‘Add’. This will install a shortcut icon on your home screen.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical impacts such as knocks, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. If necessary, the item can be cleaned using lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft brush with light pressure.
Not suitable for machine washing.
If the QR code should nevertheless become unreadable, no data will be lost! All information is securely stored in a Swiss data center and can be reconnected to a new DynaTag product at any time. In addition, the data can always be accessed and updated in your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.

What happens when someone scans my QR code?
When the QR code is scanned, your personal emergency page automatically opens in the smartphone's browser—no additional app is required. The location of the person who scanned the code can also be detected and shared (legal consent from the finder is required). This way, loved ones can see where you were last located. Ideal for emergencies or individuals with dementia.
Can I update or change the data myself?
Yes! With your purchase, you’ll receive free access to your personal user account (created during activation). From there, you can update information remotely at any time, upload new images, or modify existing details—easily from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?
No! With your purchase, your SOS emergency wristband can be used without any additional costs for a full 5 years. After that, it can be extended for another 5 years with a one-time renewal fee.
