Description
The SOS emergency wristband with QR/NFC and made of silicone material supports the quick identification of the wearer by the assisting person on site and facilitates the alerting of important contacts such as family, friends, doctors, or caregivers.
Thanks to the integrated NFC chip, the information can also be read contactlessly if the QR code is dirty or scratched. To do so, simply move the smartphone close to the emergency wristband (the NFC function must be enabled on the smartphone).
The wearer decides during setup which information and data are important and should be displayed. The SOS emergency wristband with QR/NFC can be configured in just a few moments and is ready for use. Thanks to cloud-based data storage in Switzerland, all data is securely and reliably stored and protected from unauthorized access.
All data can be updated at any time using a smartphone, tablet, or PC and a personal user account.
The unique pinboard function allows the exchange of up-to-date photos and text messages during an emergency between all involved persons—without the need to exchange contact details. All individuals who have scanned the QR code or were alerted via the URL link in an email can access the pinboard. No registration is required to use the pinboard.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Recommentation: Installation on Smartphones
Make it easier to access your data without having to scan the QR code every time and save your QR code directly on your smartphone.
Android: smartphone & tablet (Chrome browser)
Select 
‘Add to Home screen’ from the browser menu. Enter a custom name and complete the process by tapping ‘Add’. An icon will be created on your home screen. Similar to a native app, you can now access your QR code online at any time with a single tap.
Apple: iPhone & iPad (Safari browser)
In the browser menu 
next to the address bar, tap the icon with the upward arrow and select ‘Add to Home Screen’. You can then choose a suitable name and finish the process by tapping ‘Add’. This will install a shortcut icon on your home screen.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical impacts such as knocks, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. If necessary, the item can be cleaned using lukewarm water, mild soap, and a soft brush with light pressure.
Not suitable for machine washing.
If the QR code should nevertheless become unreadable, no data will be lost! All information is securely stored in a Swiss data center and can be reconnected to a new DynaTag product at any time. In addition, the data can always be accessed and updated in your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.

What happens when someone scans my QR code?
When the QR code is scanned, your personal emergency page automatically opens in the smartphone's browser—no additional app is required. The location of the person who scanned the code can also be detected and shared (legal consent from the finder is required). This way, loved ones can see where you were last located. Ideal for emergencies or individuals with dementia.
Can I update or change the data myself?
Yes! With your purchase, you’ll receive free access to your personal user account (created during activation). From there, you can update information remotely at any time, upload new images, or modify existing details—easily from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?
No! With your purchase, your SOS emergency wristband can be used without any additional costs for a full 5 years. After that, it can be extended for another 5 years with a one-time renewal fee.
