Description
The SkimGuard SOS card protects your bank and credit cards in your wallet from devious data theft. The special material of the card prevents communication between your card chip and a fraudster's mobile reader. Your credit card chip cannot be read, and no amounts (without a PIN) can be withdrawn.
The SkimGuard card protects all credit cards in the wallet.
In addition, the SkimGuard card offers a special SOS function for the owner, thanks to the individual QR code. The SkimGuard card supports the quick identification of the wearer by the assisting person in case of an emergency or accident. Important contacts, such as family, friends, doctors, or caregivers, can be instantly alerted via the web app with a single click. Thanks to the new privacy-compliant location sharing (Geo-Location), the accident location can be immediately sent to the rescue team. The wearer decides during the configuration which information and data are important and should be displayed. Thanks to cloud-based data storage in Switzerland, the data is securely and reliably stored and protected.
All data can be updated remotely at any time using a smartphone, tablet, or PC with the individual user account (login). The unique bulletin board function allows the exchange of current photos and text messages during an emergency between all involved parties, without the need to exchange contact details. Anyone who has scanned the QR code or been alerted via the specific URL link by email can access the bulletin board. The bulletin board can be used by all persons without registration or login.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Recommentation: Installation on Smartphones
Make it easier to access your data without having to scan the QR code again by saving it directly to your smartphone.
Android: Smartphone, Tablet (Chrome browser)
In the browser menu, select 
“Add to Home screen”. Choose a name and complete the process by tapping “Add”. An icon will then appear on your home screen. Just like a native app, you can now easily access your QR code online.
Apple: iPhone, iPad (Safari browser)
In the browser menu 
next to the address bar, tap the icon with the upward arrow and select “Add to Home Screen”. You can then choose a memorable name and finish the process by tapping “Add”. A shortcut icon will be added to your home screen.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical damage such as impacts, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances or intense sunlight. The item can be cleaned with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft brush using light pressure.
Not suitable for washing machines.
If the QR code still becomes unreadable, you won’t lose any data! All data and information are securely stored in a reliable data center and can be linked to a new DynaTag product. Additionally, your data can be accessed and updated at any time via your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.
