As an independent Swiss company, we offer our customers the highest level of security and are a reliable and trusted partner. Storing data means building trust and maintaining the utmost discretion. Our customers always retain full ownership of their data. DynaTag does not use customer data and will never sell or disclose it to third parties. Our customers decide for themselves what information is stored and what is made available to their own clients or users. In most cases, no sensitive data is stored with us. User manuals, device logs, certificates or product videos are typically public data that customers often share through other channels as well. Our focus lies on product or device data – or information that must be quickly accessible in case of an emergency. Thanks to data storage in Switzerland, we are under no obligation to automatically hand over data to authorities or grant access. However, we do not wish to host any illegal content on our servers. In the case of a court order, we will fully cooperate with the authorities and may provide certain data as required. Discretion and security are among our highest priorities.
