Cleaning & Care

Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical impacts such as bumps, scratches and abrasion. Avoid contact with chemicals and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

If necessary, the tag can be cleaned using lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush with light pressure.

Not suitable for washing machines.

If the QR code should ever become unreadable, no data will be lost! All information is securely stored in a Swiss data centre and can be linked to a new DynaTag product at any time.

Your information can also be viewed and updated at any time through your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.

When scanned, the individual emergency page opens automatically in the smartphone browser. No app is required.

The finder can view the approved information and contact you directly. Optionally, the finder’s location can also be shared if the finder agrees.

Can I update the data myself?

Yes. You receive access to your personal user account and can update the stored information yourself at any time.

Changes can be made online via smartphone, tablet or computer.

Are there subscription fees or monthly costs?

No. Your SOS pet tag can be used for 5 years without additional costs after purchase.

After 5 years, the service can be extended for another period with a one-time fee.

Can I track the location of my missing pet?

No, the SOS pet tag is not a GPS tracker and cannot actively track your pet.

However, if someone scans the QR code, the location of the finder’s smartphone can be shared with you if the finder gives consent.
