Delivery and shipping
We deliver our items with Swiss Post
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is carried out by Swiss Post. An order on shop.dynatag.ch can only be delivered to a delivery address in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
NEW: We now offer the option of doing without cardboard packaging for items. This reduces the price by CHF 1 and together we are making an important contribution to protecting the environment.
For parcel deliveries: As soon as an item has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive the tracking number with the shipping confirmation. You can use this to check the status of the shipment on the shipment tracking portal.
We charge the shipping fees directly in the web shop. Deliveries for a total order value of over CHF 50 are free of charge. The sender must cover the shipping costs for returns.
Standard shipping:
Goods in stock: Items are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days. The packages are delivered Monday to Friday.
Items not in stock: The items will be reordered as soon as possible. Delivery times are usually 30 days.
